Kate Iglesias started Iglesias Law Firm in 2017 alongside her husband, David. Kate oversees the day-to-day operations of the office. Some of her tasks include training the staff regarding firm procedures, supervising and counseling support staff, managing technology operations, performing accounting functions, helping to prepare and review legal correspondence and documentation, and recruiting and assisting in hiring employees.

Kate holds a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a master's degree in Language and Literacy Education from Texas Tech University, where she graduated summa cum laude and was nominated for “Master Student of the Year.”  Before joining David at the firm, Kate was a middle-school teacher for seven years and was honored to be named “Teacher of the Year” numerous times at several campuses across Texas.
